Bedrooms: One bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with a single bed.

Apartment is on 4th floor without lift.

You will find Bed linen and towels, hair dryer in bathroom, soap and some toilet paper, linen and towels changes are not provided during the stay, if needed we can organize them with an extra cost.

It's possibile request early check-in (usually from 13.30) we will try to do our best.
Check-in is available from 3 pm to 8 pm and check-out up to 10.30 am.
Late check-in is possible only upon request and with a surcharge of 50€

Late check-out: ask at least the day before, we will try to do our best.

Waste in Venice should be taken to the gathering places early in the morning (6.30-8.30 am).

The tourist tax isn't included in price (current rules € 4 per day per person per night)
