We are located in the Cannaregio district, reachable in just a few minutes from the train station but situated in a very peaceful area. Just a few hundred meters from the Venice Casino and Ca' d'Oro, you will find restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and shops nearby, making your stay convenient and enjoyable.

Bathrooms: Two modern bathrooms, both equipped with a shower and bidet, designed to provide maximum comfort.

You will find Bed linen and towels, hair dryer in bathroom, soap and some toilet paper, linen and towels changes are not provided during the stay, if needed we can organize them with an extra cost.

It's possibile request early check-in (usually from 13.30) we will try to do our best.
Check-in is available from 3 pm to 8 pm and check-out up to 10.30 am.
Late check-in only upon request and with a surcharge of 50€.
Late check-out: ask at least the day before, we will try to do our best.

Waste in Venice should be taken to the collection boats place early in the morning (6.30-8.30 am).
The tourist tax isn't included in price (current rules € 5 per day per person per day)
