This apartment, located on the first floor, is strategically positioned for exploring Venice and is perfect for a family vacation. It offers comfort and style in one of the most charming areas of Venice, allowing you to easily enjoy the city's artistic and cultural wonders.

Bedrooms: Two large double bedrooms, furnished with antique furniture that adds a unique charm and elegant atmosphere. One twin bedroom with single beds, perfect for comfortably accommodating additional guests.
Bathrooms: Two recently renovated bathrooms, each equipped with a shower for maximum comfort.

Air Conditioning: The apartment is equipped with air conditioning to ensure a pleasant temperature all year round.

You will find linen and towels, hairdryer in the bathroom, soap and a couple of rolls of toilet paper, no changes are provided during your stays, if necessary they can be organized with an extra cost.

Check-in is available from 3pm to 8pm and check-out is by 10.30am.
Late arrival only upon request and with a surcharge of 50€
Late check-out: ask at least the day before, we will try to do our best.

Waste in Venice should be taken to collection points in the early hours of the morning (6.30-8.30 am). The collection point is located a short distance away.
The tourist tax is not included in the price (current rate up to 5 euros per day per person)
