Check-in is available from 3 pm to 8 pm and check-out up to 10.30 am.

Late check-in, only upon request, is subject to a € 50 surcharge.

Waste in Venice should be taken to the gathering places early in the morning (8-10 am) with garbage boat very close.
The tourist tax isn't included in price (current rules € 5 per day per person per day)
