Its strategic position offers you the convenience of having all amenities at your fingertips, from shops to restaurants, from public transport to recreational activities.

Located on the second floor of a building with a lift, the apartment is designed to offer maximum comfort during your family vacation.

Apartment Features

Living area: a spacious and bright environment, ideal for relaxing and spending pleasant moments together. It includes a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes and a comfortable sofa bed, offering additional flexibility for guests.
Large balcony: An perfect outdoor space to enjoy the view, have breakfast outdoors, or simply relax after a day of exploring.
Bedrooms: A cozy and quiet double bedroom, for a refreshing rest after a day out, and a twin bedroom, ideal for children or friends, furnished with a practical bunk bed.
Bathrooms: two full bathrooms equipped with showers and all the necessary comforts to ensure comfort and privacy for all guests. A practical washing machine is also included.

Internet: free WI-FI connection, available in the apartment.
Air conditioning: air conditioning to cool down the hottest days.

You will find bed linen and towels, a hairdryer in the bathroom, soap, and a couple of toilet paper rolls. Changes are not provided during your stay; if needed, they can be arranged at an extra cost.

Early check-in may be requested (usually from 1:30 PM), and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:30 AM.

Late check-in:
- From 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM, check-in has a surcharge of €30.
- From 10:00 PM to midnight, the surcharge is €50. - After midnight, only upon request.

Late check-out:
Please inquire at least the day before, and we will try our best to accommodate you.

The tourist tax is not included in the price.
