Welcome to our large and spacious apartment located just steps away from San Marco, with a splendid view of the garden and Riva dei Sette Martiri. Situated in one of the most beautiful areas of Venice, the apartment is easily accessible thanks to the Arsenale Vaporetto stop (to/from the airport) or Giardini stop. Additionally, being located on the second floor, you can wake up to a fabulous view of the Lagoon!

The apartment enjoys a privileged location that allows you to comfortably explore all the wonders of Venice. Situated in a central and charming area, it offers quick and easy access to the city's main points of interest.

You will find Bed linen and towels, hair dryer in bathroom, soap and some toilet paper, linen and towels changes are not provided during the stay, if needed we can organize them with an extra cost.

It's possibile request early check-in (usually from 12.30) we will try to do our best.
Check-in is available from 3 pm to 8 pm and check-out up to 10.30 am.
Late check-in only upon request and subject to a surcharge of 50€.
Late check-out: ask at least the day before, we will try to do our best.

Waste in Venice should be taken to the gathering places early in the morning (8-10 am).

The tourist tax isn't include in price (current rules € 4 per day per person, 2€ for children between 10 and 16 years old)
