Welcome to our spacious and bright apartment in Venice, located in the authentic Castello district.

Just a short walk from Campo San Lio, it boasts an enviable location only minutes away from both the Rialto Bridge and St. Mark’s Square. Set in a peaceful, truly residential spot, it’s the perfect place to immerse yourself in the local atmosphere and explore the entire city comfortably on foot.

The Space
Living Area & Kitchen: A cozy and functional space designed for relaxation, featuring a latest-generation Smart TV and a modern, fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances and utensils you need to cook with complete freedom.

Bedrooms: Two large, comfortable double bedrooms, both featuring a convenient study/work station with a desk. For families traveling with little ones, one room can be prepared with a complete baby cot upon request.

Bathroom: A spacious, contemporary room with a brand-new, oversized walk-in shower—ideal for unwinding after a day spent wandering through Venice’s streets and squares.

Amenities
Wi-Fi: High-speed internet connection available in every room.

Air Conditioning: Full climate control to ensure maximum comfort even during hot summer days.

You will find bed linen and towels, a hairdryer in the bathroom, soap, and a couple of toilet paper rolls. Changes are not provided during your stay; if needed, they can be arranged at an extra cost.

Early check-in may be requested (usually from 1:30 PM), and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:30 AM.

Late arrival is on request and with a surcharge of €50.
Late check-out: Please inquire at least the day before, and we will try our best to accommodate you.

In Venice, rubbish should be taken to the collection points in the early morning (6-8 AM). The collection point is located a short distance away.
The tourist tax is not included in the price (current rate up to 5 euros per day per person).
