Bedrooms: Two spacious double bedrooms and one cozy single bedroom, perfect for children or guests.
Bathroom: A modern bathroom with a shower, designed to offer maximum comfort.
Heating and Air Conditioning: The apartment has autonomous heating and air conditioning to ensure a pleasant temperature all year round.
Spaces and Entrances
Garden: A large private garden, ideal for relaxing outdoors and enjoying the fantastic Venetian days.
Double Entrances: Two independent entrances that guarantee privacy and convenience.

You will find bed linen and towels, a hairdryer in the bathroom, soap, and a couple of toilet paper rolls. Changes are not provided during your stay; if needed, they can be arranged at an extra cost.
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:30 AM.
Late arrival is only upon request and subject to a surcharge of €50.
Late check-out: Please inquire at least the day before, and we will try our best to accommodate you.
In Venice, rubbish should be taken to the collection points in the early morning (8-10 AM). The collection point is located a short distance away.
The tourist tax is not included in the price (current rate up to 5 euros per day per person).
