Bedrooms: Two spacious double bedrooms furnished in Venetian style, ideal for ensuring a restful sleep.
Bathrooms: Two modern and well-equipped bathrooms, each with a shower for maximum comfort.

You will find Bed linen and towels, hair dryer in bathroom, soap and some toilet paper, linen and towels changes are not provided during the stay, if needed we can organize them with an extra cost.

It is possible to request early check-in (usually from 13.30) we will try to do our best.
Check-in is available from 15:00 to 20:00 and check-out before 10:30.
Late check in only on request and subject to a supplement of € 50.

Late check-out: ask at least the day before, we will try to do our best.

Garbage in Venice should be brought to the collection points in the early hours of the morning (6-8 in the morning). The collection point is located a short distance away.
Tourist tax is not included in the price (current rate of 4 per person per day for adults, 2€ for children)
