You will find bed linen and towels, a hairdryer in the bathroom, soap, and a couple of toilet paper rolls. Changes are not provided during your stay; if needed, they can be arranged at an extra cost.

Early check-in may be requested (usually from 1:30 PM), and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:30 AM.
Late check-in is subject to availability and a surcharge.

Late check-out: Please inquire at least the day before, and we will try our best to accommodate you.

In Venice, rubbish should be taken to the collection points (almost in front of the house) in the early morning.
