Fabrizio, Giusy and Emos were very helpful and friendly and gave us tips what to see in Venice. The house has a basic stock you'd need for cooking and everything was neat and clean. I wouldn't recommend it if you have problems walking up stairs since the house is 4 floors high, but if you are mobile enough this is very charming about the house. It is in a great, central location and there is a supermarket around the corner. The kitchen has a great view like shown on the pictures, we enjoyed cooking and eating there a lot. It was great, we had an awesome time there!

We have enjoyed our stay in this apartment very much and will recommend it to our friends. The apartment is very nice and situated in a small and very quite side-street in the very center of Venice just 3 min from Rialto bridge and 4-5 min from San Marco square. A well stocked supermarket is just 50 m away. The apartment is very comfortable and well suited for those, who want to spend a week or even more in this wonderful town. The hosts of the apartment Fabrizio and Emos were very friendly and helpful. Communications and check-in procedure run quite smoothly. We had a problem with our luggage that was lost on its way. Emos and Fabrizio have helped us to solve this problem making all the telephone calls and arrangements with the airport. Emos and Fabrizio, thank you very much!

This is a great place to stay in Venice. Just a few minutes walk to Rialto (for the water bus) and to the Rialto Market, San Marco, many other locations. As other guests have noted, there are a LOT of stairs, so if you have difficulty climbing stairs, be aware. We enjoyed using the well-equipped kitchen to prepare breakfast. The water pressure in the shower/bathtub is very low (maybe this is typical for Venice) but the water is hot. Bring shampoo, as what is provided is enough for one wash. On the night that it rained too hard to venture out, we had dinner at Marco Polo right across the street. There's a well-stocked supermarket nearby for milk, bread, etc. and you can get wonderful fruits and vegetables at the Rialto market. If you don't know Venice, be sure to ask Fabrizio to meet you at the Rialto vaporetto to walk you to the apartment and show you how the keys work. He is very responsive. But be sure to tell him which apartment you are staying at, as he manages more than one.
