Terrace: A spacious and welcoming terrace connected to the living room, perfect for enjoying some relaxation.
Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare delicious meals.
Living Area: Dining room with a large table for hosting dinners and convivial moments. Additionally, there is a second living room with a sofa bed and TV, ideal for relaxing in company.
Bedrooms: Two spacious and comfortable double bedrooms furnished in Venetian style.
Bathrooms: One full bathroom with a shower and a second bathroom dedicated to laundry, both recently renovated.

Air Conditioning: Air conditioning in all rooms to ensure a pleasant temperature all year round.

You will find Bed linen and towels, hair dryer in bathroom, soap and some toilet paper, linen and towels changes are not provided during the stay, if needed we can organize them with an extra cost.

It's possibile request early check-in (usually from 12.30) we will try to do our best.
Check-in is available from 3 pm to 8 pm and check-out up to 10.30 am.
Late check-in only upon request and with a €50 surcharge.

Late check-out: ask at least the day before, we will try to do our best.

Waste in Venice should be taken to the gathering places early in the morning (6-8 am).

The tourist tax isn't include in price (current rules € 4 per day per person)
