Living like a local in Chioggia has never been easier. You are just steps away from the most picturesque calli (streets) and the city's iconic canals. At the same time, its location within a Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL) ensures peaceful nights and a total absence of traffic noise under your windows.

Bathroom: Elegant and functional, featuring a comfortable walk-in shower.
Terrace: The real highlight! A large outdoor space where you can enjoy breakfast in the open air or a sunset aperitivo over the city rooftops.

Included Services & Logistics

Laundry Area: A dedicated space on the ground floor equipped with a washer and dryer, shared exclusively among the building's three apartments.
Parking: Despite being in a pedestrian-friendly zone, convenience is guaranteed: the nearest public parking is just 300 meters away.

Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM.

Late check-in is only possible upon prior arrangement:
- From 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM, check-in has a surcharge of €30.
- From 10:00 PM to midnight, the surcharge is €50.
Late check-out: Please request at least the day before, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

You will find bed linen and towels, a hairdryer in the bathroom, soap, and a couple of toilet paper rolls. Changes are not provided during your stay; if needed, they can be arranged at an extra cost.
